obert P. Robinson is managing partner of Hickman Robinson Yaege. His areas of practice include both business/corporate law and real estate law. He handles both transactional and litigation matters within those areas of practice. He also serves as outside general counsel to many of his business clients.
Robert has been named to the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, and to the Super Lawyers list in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. As a San Diego State University graduate ’00 (BS in Business-Accounting; Minor in Communication), he is a season ticket holder and an Aztec For Life. As a California Western School of Law graduate ’03 (Juris Doctorate), he was an editor of the California Western School of Law, Law Review and International Law Review. During law school, Robert also studied in York and London, England, at the Law School of England and Wales.
